Work Procedure
We have organized our communication and management process into the following key steps:
- Initial Communication – Understand the client’s real needs through detailed discussions, including design drawings, materials, colors, delivery schedule, and other basic project information to establish the initial project profile.
- Technical Review and Engineering Drawings – Review the design drawings and develop detailed engineering drawings to assess whether the original design can be technically implemented by the factory. At this stage, we estimate the sample production timeline and cost.
- Final Design and Sample Production – Finalize production drawings and pricing through further communication, then proceed with sample production.
- Sample Review and Contract Confirmation – Evaluate the produced sample, confirm any necessary modifications, finalize the contract, and officially launch mass production.
- Production Progress Monitoring – Provide weekly production progress reports and maintain timely communication with the client throughout the process.
- Logistics Planning – Before mass production is completed, confirm the logistics schedule, delivery location, and packaging requirements, and prepare the logistics quotation.
- Final Quality and Shipment Confirmation – Conduct the final quality inspection and issue the logistics confirmation report before shipment. Then, arrange for delivery.
- After-Sales Service – Assign a dedicated project manager to oversee and follow up on each order from start to finish, ensuring professional service and full customer satisfaction.
